This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on EverWild.

Made-to-order products (No right of withdrawal)

All EverWild products are made to order, produced individually for each customer.
For this reason, according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to customized or made-to-order items.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect color/variant chosen

Please review the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

We will require photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the item free of charge, or

  • Issue a full refund

No return shipment is required unless explicitly requested.

Order not received

If your order has not been delivered past the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate with our production and shipping partners.

Returned-to-sender packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Wrong size ordered

Because each product is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer size exchanges.
